Fix pulley going disabled with big ChoiceSettings
...
If ChoiceSetting uses the LargeChoiceDialog, it would leak an open
empty ContextMenu, which blocks usage of the PullDownMenu.
Add a hasMenu attribute to conditionally not open it.
